There are some young adults who enter the world carrying far more than they should ever have to carry alone. For youth aging out of foster care and vulnerable young adults facing instability, the transition into adulthood often comes without the support, guidance, or safety net many take for granted. Too often, they are expected to survive life's most critical years with no foundation beneath them. The Harvest House was created because survival is not enough. I founded this organization with one clear belief: every young person deserves more than temporary help — they deserve the opportunity to build a stable, independent, and successful future. At The Harvest House, we are committed to providing more than housing. We are building a place where structure meets compassion, where accountability meets mentorship, and where practical opportunity meets lasting transformation. Through life skills education, workforce development, transportation assistance, career partnerships, and long-term guidance, we are creating a bridge from crisis to confidence. This mission is deeply personal to me because I understand that one stable environment, one committed mentor, and one real opportunity can alter the course of an entire life.
