With an extensive background in operational leadership, workforce development, and community-centered service, Tiffany created The Harvest House out of a deep commitment to changing the trajectory of vulnerable youth aging out of foster care. Her passion lies in building systems that do more than provide temporary relief — she is focused on creating long-term stability through housing, life preparation, mentorship, and career pathways. Tiffany leads the organization's strategic growth, partnership development, fundraising initiatives, and overall mission execution.

April Sample serves as Board Secretary and Director of Community Engagement and Outreach for The Harvest House. With a strong background in youth ministry, family support, and volunteer mobilization, April is passionate about building authentic relationships within the community and connecting the organization to individuals, churches, businesses, and supporters who share the mission. Her focus is on outreach strategy, donor communication, event support, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and partners alike.

Felecia Johnson is the Founder of Generational Gems Academy and serves as the Board Member of Financial Literacy for The Harvest House. Passionate about empowering families through education, she is dedicated to teaching financial literacy, generational wealth-building, and real-life financial skills that create long-term stability. As a licensed Life Insurance Representative and LegalShield Associate, Felecia brings valuable knowledge, leadership, and resources to the communities she serves. Her heart for service and commitment to helping others align perfectly with the mission of The Harvest House — transforming lives from Seed to Stability.
